I'm Jennifer Wayland
I started my career working for American Airlines. I worked for small boutique and large conglomerate travel agencies.
I began collecting data; everything I wish I knew from the day I started. Stories, experiences, fails, and successes. I put it all together to create the Travel Lab - Travel Expert Program, designed to guide Travel Advisors on the fastest path to success.
Since 1991 I have been attending travel industry trainings and conferences. After each conference, I will ask other advisors “What was your favorite part?”
